London: Macmillan, 1987. A first edition, first printing published by Macmillan in 1987. A very good book without inscriptions - spotting to the page edges, in a very good clipped wrapper with some fairly heavy spotting to the endflaps and a small patch to the front endpaper.

In very good unclipped wrapper a little chipping to the extremities and a little light staining to the top of the rear panel.
