How to use a purchase order on Biblio.com:

1. Create a Biblio.com account | If you don't already have an account, create one here. |
2. Request PO Approval from Biblio | Just fill out this form. You must be logged into your Biblio account. Your request will be reviewed within 1-2 business days, and we will contact you via email. Once approved, you will be able to use purchase orders on Biblio.com. |
3. Pick out your books | Select the books you want to buy and add them to your cart. |
4. Checkout | Click on the "Secure checkout" button and choose "Purchase Order" for the payment type. Complete your order. |
5. Email us your purchase order | Email: purchase-orders@biblio.com We must receive a copy of your Purchase Order within 24 hours of the order. Include PO number, billing and shipping address, and contact info for your accounts payable dept. Also include the email address of your Biblio account and a phone number where we can reach you. |
6. Receive and Pay Invoice | Approximately 30 days after the order is placed, we will send out an invoice via email or fax. Terms are net 30. |
