Canton OH: U.S. Philatelic Classics Society, Inc, 1984. x, 389p., profuse b&w facsimile reproductions with two sections in color, several line-drawn maps, hardbound in 11x8.5 inch boards covered in metallic gold paper (roll-stamped in blind to simulate leather grain) and pictorial dust jacket. The dj is a little edgeworn, the book itself is quite sound, and aside from a small sprinkle of foxing to top edge, is perfectly clean and unmarked.
