Edition de Luxe, limited to 1050 sets, (volumes 22-26 were limited to 775 copies; volumes 27-33 were limited to 1000 copies), 33 (of 39) volumes, 8vo, etched frontispiece portrait in vol. I, titles printed in red and black, contemporary half blue crushed levant by Stikeman, gilt-paneled spines in 6 compartments, gilt lettered in 2, t.e.g.; some minor wear at the corners, upper joint on vol. I a little rubbed, else near fine throughout. The set extended to 39 volumes by 1937. See Livingston, p. 447.
