[12], 4-302, [8] pp. Quarter blue cloth over blue paper boards with silver lettering on the front board and silver and gold lettering on the spine; grey topstain. Price of $17.95 on front flap of jacket. A very slight separation between the backstrip and the textblock, rear board slightly warped; jacket shows a touch of edge wear.
