London: Printed for Tho. Parkhurst, at the Bible and Three Crowns, at the lower End of Cheap-side near Mercers-Chappel, 1701. 8vo, 51 [52 - 56 adverts]/ 2 volumes in 1, bound in later 18h century sheepskin, rebacked, gilt spine, black label, new end-paper; text a bit foxed and spotted, corners worn. The earliest edition located in ESTC is a seventh edition of 1701. This is ESTC T96339: BL, Bodleian (2), NLS; Minnesota.
