Lipsiae: Jacobum Schuster, 1724. . Original wrappers. 24pp. Disbound from a larger volume, spine stitched, very good condition. Leaves are numbered in pen from 233 to 244. Author's name & title are in pen along the spine at the edge of the front wrapper. Woodcut headpiece & tailpiece. Hoheisel was a lawyer, born in Danzig in 1698, died in 1732. This looks to be a work on jurisprudence, relating to transparency. Text is in Latin.
