The printed wraps are lacking. 80 pages, including a pictorial title picturing the recently completed All Souls Universalist Church. Numerous black-and-white photographic illustrations & pictorial ads. The title & the last page are lightly soiled & chipped with the top corner of the last page creased. There is a small stain to the bottom edge. Good.

A fascinating historic view of this Brooklyn neighborhood at the turn of the twentieth century. Residents describe their locations and the local amenities and community. There are profuse ads for the local businesses of the period, many with illustrations.
