anticat16. Paris: Chez Michaud Freres, 1810. 4th edition. 56pp. 8vo. Disbound. Some old stains and chipping to first leaf, moderate foxing, very good. Partly unopened; one leaf (pg. 35/36) has been torn partly across due to careless opening. The first edition appeared in 1806. On the profanation of the tombs at St. Denis during Robespierre's Reign of Terror, during which over 170 bodies were exhumed and mutilated, mainly those of kings, queens, and princes.
