Oldham, J. Clarke, 1817, pp. xii, 212 plus advert leaf. Complete with the two folding maps and the multi-folding pedigree of the Radcliffes. Includes a directory of the town. Original printed boards as issued. Spine worn and defective, boards rubbed, but still tight and sound. Maps and pedigree in excellent condition, page 51/2 torn across, but nothing missing. Paste-downs with traces of an old paper cover, news cutting on front endpapers. A good copy and rare in this original condition and with the maps and pedigree intact (one map has a short repaired tear in the usual place).
