Lincoln: The University Publishing Company, 1928. First Edition (NAP) . Hardcover. Very Good/No Jacket. 12mo - over 6¾" - 7¾" tall. Frontispiece. Bound in burgundy cloth with titles stamped in gilt. Corresponding 1928 dates to the title and copyright pages; no additional printings. 151 pages with index. The cloth shows light edgewear with the upper corners lightly bumped; there are three small smudge marks, two on the rear cover. Hinges soild, binding square. With the bookplate and signature of Norwegian-American collector Herman Gimmestad to the front endpapers, otherwise unmarked. A clean, tight copy.
