"First published" Original dark blue cloth with blind ruling , edges/corners lightly rubbed, spine gilt dull, tips a little pulled. Front and back covers have faint sprinkling at the top and fore-edge -- looks like long-term storage dust. Interior a little toned but otherwise clean and nice except for the gift inscription from the author. ; 8vo 8" - 9" tall; 455 pages; Signed by Author .
