Milwaukee: A. Posy Press, 1932. 60p., slender paperback, brittle black wraps edge-chipped, textblock is on better paper. "Three sisters," a poetic drama in Yiddish by the Lithuanian-born immigrant based in New York; he was a member of Proletpen, the leftist Yiddish writers' group, but the organization tried to deter him from publishing this unorthodox and somewhat erotic work. He ended up publishing it privately with the help of a $100 donation. This was the first of his 18 books.
