Four pages and six pages respectively, 8.5x11 inches; horizontal crease and some handling wear. The title refers to four demands: Democracy for our union, Direct cost of living, Defeat of Don Beatty, and four Dollars an hour minimum. The main editor was Art Burdick; the first issue notes that he had been fired from St. Lukes Hospital in Racine for his union activities, but the NLRB found that the firing had been illegal.
