New York: Grosset & Dunlap. Hardcover. Very Good/Good. 8vo - over 7¾"- 9¾" tall. A fairly nice copy of this first Connie Blair title. Fairly early printing, lists to Yellow Warning. Rear flap lists 13 Cherry Ames titles to Clinic Nurse. Rear jacket panel advertises Vicki Barr books. By Betty Cavanna, written under the Betsy Allen pseudonym. Front flap has tear to surface (not extending through the paper) obscuring the names of the first couple of titles in the list, checkmarks next to some titles.. Jacket priced 9595. Previous owner's bookplate present. Binding very solid, no internal markings. Jacket a little rough, with tear to top rear, tiny chips to corners, slightly larger chips to spine ends, creasing to rear.
