This is a conservative and thorough study of the Gospels of Matthew and Mark written by biblical scholars. This is Volume 8 from the famous and excellent, The Broadman Bible Commentaries, edited by Clifton Allen and several others, bound in burgundy hardbound and containing 402 pages. The complete set is 12 volumes.... Here is an online review: 'This is an excellent commentary. To me, the Broadman is the "gold standard" by which all other commentaries are measured. One can be as in depth as desired or merely skim.'
Like new!! Mint! NO MARKS! All pages are intact, not marred by any notes, underlining, or highlighting. NO highlighting! NOT ex-Library. There is no name but there is a nameplate inside on FEP. The spine is excellent, the binding is tight and the hinges strong, with no creases. Like New beautiful burgundy boards with bold gilt lettering on the spine with a design; no stains, rips, or corner bumps. No defects! Pristine! Collector's quality! Almost perfect dust cover/jacket, small tear on the back (almost unnoticeable); professionally covered with library grade Mylar. The pictures depict the actual book you will receive.
