SIGNED at the conclusion with the following 21 words added in Kennedy's hand: "I am having a study made of the new program at the present time and shall bear in mind your comment." The last 3 words are on the other side of the paper. Attractively framed to an overall size of 18" x 18" with a small portrait of Kennedy and allowing both sides of the letter to be viewed.
