Boston: James R. Osgood and Co., 1871. Book. Good+. Hardcover. First Edition.. Wright II 2185. This is the 386 p. version. (Wright also mentions a (presumably later) 147 p. version printed in double columns). Rust-colored embossed cloth with gilt spine lettering. Moderate shelfwear, with frayed spine ends. The spine is slanted. There is a short tear on the rear hinge. Previous owner's name is penciled on the second free endpaper. Some leaves have small dampstains on their fore margins. Size: 12mo - over 6¾" - 7¾" tall.
