An excellent copy of this detective novel featuring Leslie Charteris' popular character, Simon Templar, or "The Saint", in the original, scarce dust wrapper. Bound in the publisher's original red cloth, with the original, very scarce unclipped dust wrapper. The 20th edition. First published in 1930. Dated using edition number and dates for other copies of the work. Written by Leslie Charteris, an author best known for his adventure-fiction, particularly for his series of novels surrounding hero Simon Templar, or "The Saint". This particular series was adapted into film, radio, comics and a popular television series starring Roger Moore as the lead character.'Enter the Saint' is comprised of three interconnected adventure stories, featuring Simon Templar, entitled 'The Man Who Was Clever', 'The Policeman with Wings' and 'The Lawless Lady'. Bound in the publisher's original red cloth, with the original, unclipped dust wrapper. Externally, lovely, with minor shelf wear only. Dust wrapper is excellent, with light edge wear and the odd handling mark. Tape reinforcing the reverse of the wrap. Internally, firmly bound. Pages bright and clean. Near Fine
