Bible brown end papers, xiv + 156 pp + 2 of publisher's adverts, Decorative Half Title, Illustrated Title, Decorative Full Title, 9 full page engravings from the designs of Prudhon and Gerard for the Amyot edition of 1800 by Pierre Didot and head and tailpieces from the designs of Philip of Orleans French Regent for the edition of 1718. Undated circa 1890's. The text follows the translation by Rev. C V Le Grice. Please see our images of the actual book offered for sale for further details and condition. Good (Mild to moderate shelf wear with corner tips of boards exposed and bruised, pattern loss to edges of paper covering. Some general handling/dust soiling.
