Attorney, Western Electric Co. , Inc. , 195 Broadway, New York, U. S. A". Laid in at page 409 is a letter addressed to D. C. , from Clarence G. Stoll, 195 Broadway, New York, who was retiring on August 22, with no year given on the letter, the handwriting being of old school. Petrie, who ran unsuccessfully against John Bristow for a seat in the House of Commons from the Borough of Cricklade, discovered that the winner purchased votes, and took Bristow to court. Petrie prevailed, and this book deals with the lawsuit, as well as other issues which came to light. An extremely rare volume in its original state.
