How do I find sold listings?

Return to what I was doing

You will need your inventory number to find listings that have been removed from your active Biblio inventory. You will not be able to use your Biblio search tools to find inactive/sold listings by any criteria other than your inventory number (also sometimes called a book ID, listing ID, Sku, or book number). For details on searching for active listings, click here.

If the item is inactive because it was ordered through Biblio, you can click on your inventory number from the order details to view and/or edit that listing.

Find inactive listings by inventory number:

Enter your inventory number into the Inventory # box at the top of the screen, and click on the magnifying glass icon to search.

Click here for more details about our new menu.

You always have access to your order details for any books sold through Biblio. Those details do include your inventory numbers for the book/s sold in that order and your inventory number is a link to the listing page.

If you are not keeping a separate database, spreadsheet or inventory management program to catalog your listings, we recommend downloading a report of your Biblio listings on a regular basis, just so you have a backup file. It will also come in handy if you need to find the inventory number for a sold/inactive listing. We can help retrieve data for inactive listings in other ways. You can always ask for help if you need to retrieve lost data.

I was delighted with my order and your service. The book arrived in time for the occasion that I needed it for. I was thrilled to be able to find an out-of-print copy.
