Inside there is spotting to the early pages and on the page edges. A brief gift inscription to the front free endpaper, and Brighton booksellers stamp to rear pastedon corner. All complete and in good order. Gilt lettering on the spine is dulled, that on the front is bright. All plates present as called for, one plate misplaced according to contents list.
