Item is in GOOD Condition. It has some shelf wear, expected for a vintage book.The pages inside are in very good shape with no highlighting, marks, or writing; no dog-earing or bent pages. ( There is a blacked-out name on the inside first page). There is no dust cover. The grey boards are in acceptable shape with no scratches or tears; minimal to no fraying along the edges, but there is a bit more wear on the bottom edges and foot and crown of the spine from shelf rubbing. There is an ancient round cup stain on the front, long since faded and dried, and some age spots, but these are not obtrusive and blend in with the background. They do not go through the board. The spine binding is tight, no loose pages, and in good shape (please see pictures as they are part of the description). Overall in good condition. The inside pages are in very good condition; no writing, highlighting, marks, rips, or tears. There is some mild light yellowing on the very outer edges of the pages, but none to the text. No stains, spots, or age spots on the pages. The hardback boards are in GOOD condition with frayed corners on front and back, fray along the foot and crown of the spine, and with fraying along the bottom edges from shelf rubbing.The front board has some discoloration along the outer edges and the middle.
