Description:
London: Daily Mail. Newspapers. Very Good. The Daily Mail is one of Britain's most popular daily newspaper, in a tabloid format. It's known for its tendency to sensationalize most of its coverage and has been successfully sued by the Royal Family and others for inaccurate reporting. However, it is still a successful escape from the more staid reporting of its peers. In 2001, it published a series of special issues of important historical English and global events, with reporting in the style of the modern Daily Mail. The cover everything from Norman Conquest in 1066, through the Magna Carta, Henry VIII, etc. up to the 20th century and provide a wry, funny and interesting twist on history. This group consists of 15 8-page issues, each issue presenting two separate events. All issues are in very good condition, but all have been folded and show some slight age darkening.

London: John Murray, 1894. Second Edition, Revised and Augmented, Thirty First Thousand. Hardcover. Good. The book discusses many related issues, including evolutionary psychology, evolutionary ethics, evolutionary musicology, differences between human races, differences between sexes, the dominant role of women in mate choice, and the relevance of the evolutionary theory to society. It is generally considered Darwin's second most important work, after The Origin of Species.
