Most of this book is a facsimile of H Farnham Burke's 'Pedigree of the family of Darwin', a work which appeared in 1888, itself privately printed, in an edition of just sixty copies The rest of the book is devoted to filling the gaps in Burke's work At the end of the book an index has been added to provide a quick source of reference to the Darwin's and their relatives
The book is bound in dark green cloth with gilt titles on spine and front cover There is a small spot at the top of the front cover, but otherwise there are no marks or damage at all, with the book appearing as new 84 pp.
