The Balatonboglár Chapel was one of the best-known underground exhibition events of the neo-avant-garde art of the 1970s in Hungary, created on the initiative of the artist György Galántai, bypassing the official cultural policy of the Communist Party. The series of events lasted from the summer of 1970 to 1973, until the forcible closure by the authority.

István Árpád Rév (1898-1977) was a Hungarian graphic artist and puppeteer who had a one-man puppet theatre. He was the director, the dramaturge and the puppeteer of the theatre. He developed a special technique to design and to move the puppets. Apparently he was also the designer of the advertisement posters for his theatre and this is an example of such pictures. In Communist régimes the publication of many material were illegal and therefor underground publishings and secret ways of spreading of "samizdat" books developed. Samizdat editions, mostly political pamphlets, appeared in Hungary in the 1970s in the poor form of carbon copies of typescripts. Later in the 80s the so-called Democratic Opposition in Hungary established semi-underground publishings, like "AB Független" to publish not merely political literature but also literature that was banned by the Communist politics, among others the works of Milan Kundera or George Orwell. Scarce. We could not trace any copies in institutional holdings. .

In original orange paper. 441, (1), [6] p. Thomas Mann's last, unfinished picaresque novel, that he "wrote" throughout almost his entire life, about Felix Krull, the confidence man. A parody of Goethe's autobiography "Dichtung und Wahrheit" (Poetry and Truth), embellished with Mann's ironic autobiographical allusions. Mann started to plan the book in 1905 and finished the first chapters already in 1911 than he ceased writing it for about four decades to continue it in the early 50s, between 1950 and 1954. The first part published first in the collection of short stories in 1920, titled "Das Wunderkind" (The Infant Prodigy), the first separate edition was published in 1922.
