Bottom several inches of inside jacket flap neatly sliced off. Essentially, a primer on the electrical anatomy and workings of trolleys/streetcars, and underground (third-rail) rail cars (subways). Jacket itself shows a few stains, edge-chips, and surface tide lines. Uncommon itself, and scarce in jacket.
