Signed without inscription using a simple "SV" in black sharpie to the title page. A very good copy with bumping to the spine ends and corners, and a black remainder mark to the bottom of the textblock edge. Interior is clean and unmarked in a solid binding. Unclipped jacket is also very good, bright and attractive, with general wear and bending at the panel edges. 253 pp., indexed. Vaidhyanathan's examination of the impact of the virtual world on reality and the growing battle between idealogies of freedom vs. control.

Australia: Magabala Books, 1994. Paperback. Fair. Trade paperback in fair condition. A heavily worn paperback with bending to the corners an covers and a few shallow dog chewings to the rear cover. The binding is solid, but lacking in tightness and there are blue pen markings to around a dozen pages, including one page with yellow highliter pen. I would boldly say it sounds worse than it is. 229 pp., penned by the daughter of Thomas Corbett in the Moore River Settlement based on the stories he would share.

Interior is very good - clean and unmarked in a solid, flexible binding. 275 pp., filled with Pieck's beautiful fairy-tale artwork in color and black and white.

A very good copy with shelf-wear at the board edges and a shallow pressure groove in the cover (almost unnoticeable). Binding and hinges are solid, and all pages are clean and unmarked. 120 pp., a beautiful full color present;ation of Foppen's paintings of street scenes.

All wear is external with the interior clean and bright. Binding and hinges solid, but lacking tightness. No dustjacket as this is a slipcased volume. Slipcase is black and brown with shipping to the paper and scuffing to the dark panels - but intact and solid. Unpaginated, a large volume of full-color examples of QuA's magnificent graphic and interior designs from 1985 to 2004.

Unclipped jacket with matching light edgewear and slight soiling to the light rear panel. 186 pp., a collection of short stories from this Pacific Northwest author.

Interior is clean, tight and unmarked. 64 pp., some black and white photos, maps and drawings. A scarce history of the Hersbruck concentration camp, dedicated to those who were murdered there.

Essilor, 2002. First edition. Spiral_bound. Good. Signed and inscribed by the Father of Modern Optometry on the first blank, "To Jim & Melissa - Best Wishes 12/15/02 Irvin M. Borish." Bronze tri-fold paper cover with only the word "Borish" on the front fold, over the book which is spiral bound. No title page as issued - created in an extremely small pressing as a tribute for Borish's 90th birthday. A good+ copy with all wear being external - to the folded paper covers - with corner bumps and a few bends where it has been folded imprecisely. Internally, the book is very good. Metal spiral is in good shape and all pages are clean and straight. Approximately 60 pages, unnumbered with full color representations of Borish's artwork throughout. The tribute focuses on Dr. Borish's works of art, and includes personal essays by friends and colleagues. Truly rare.

Wear at the edges and corners of the covers. Interior unmarked. Binding is solid, but lacking tightness with a wide opening at the title page. A beautiful and intriguing catalog of German street art.

Brussels: Les Grands Hotels Europeens. Staplebound. Fair. Gustave Flasschoen. Text in French. Staple-bound softcover pamphlet, no publication date but 1930 is indicated in one of the advertisements at rear. A fair copy with the stapled binding intact but pulling away from the covers so they are fragilely attached. Heavy wear to the cover edges and bending at the corners with the top corner tip of the front cover removed. The interior is much better - clean and unmarked but with bending to the corner tips and a feeling for fragile-ness. Unpaginated, around 50 pp. with short historical legends from Brussles and Brabant. But what makes this pamphlet (issued by the Grand Hotels of Europe for their customers) amazing is the artwork - first the illustrations of the legends by Flasschoen, and followed by the beautiful and elegant advertisements at rear. A rough copy.

A very good copy with a minor uplift and light edgewear. The interior is clean and unmarked and the binding and hinges are solid. The dustjacket is good, but with sunning to the spine and front cover and a bit of soiling along the top of the front panel. 205 pp., color representations of Pieck's fantastic and beautiful artwork.

A very good copy with some soiling and scuffing to the white covers. 158 pp., an unusual travel and photography book detailing life in the largest urban area in Germany. Somewhat sarcastic, but truly beautiful.
