Price-clipped. Protected in removable mylar cover.

The Book club Collins 1957 These book club editions by collins came out shortly after Collins published the first editions. Most in the same year. yet these came out with their own original dust jacket designs and they are very attractive making them a collector's item in their own right. The book is very tight, and clean. The pages are clean but unevenly brown toned, some darker some lighter. Has ownership marking and address on FEP. Lovely dust jacket has some lost to front of jacket (see pics) and some more chip loss on bottom of front cover and also along edges and spine. As well as a couple small holes on spine and a little rubbing. Protected in mylar. Not clipped and not ex-lib.

The Book Club Collins 1966 Though a book club edition for Collins it came out with it's own attractively designed dust jacket. This one is nearly complete with just a little lost on corners and spine ends. Super cool jacket on a very good book that is white, bright and clean on pages however page ends have spotting. No ownership marks just a price written in pencil of FEP. It is clipped but not ex-lib.

Collins The Crime Club 1939 Original title(rightly changed twice in later years) is in good condition for it's age. Binding is holding together tight but there is some loss to top of spine and bending and smudging overall. Spine is faded. Pages also have a lot of smudging and some small stains. Page ends are dirty. Scare copy. In slightly better condition this copy is going for thousands more. In correct facsimile dj

First edition, first impression. 1938 Original orange cloth cover book is bright but it looks as though it had some type of cover at one time that was removed to reveal a lovely bright orange. Some of old cover still remains. Not ex-library, no ownership marks. A 2"x 1/2" piece removed from top right corner of Part I page. FEP and last two Advert pages a little loose and split from spine but holding. Lightly smudged here and there throughout. For it's age a very nice collectible book. Comes in a nice facsimile dust jacket mylar protected.

New Dell first 1962 Used but in almost unread condition. none of the usual creasing on cover. supple and unmarked. the only flaw is a small crease and tiny lose on front bottom corner.

One of her prettier produced books. Book is tight and clean. no internal writing, no rips or pages missing. Dust jacket is very good, bright and unfaded including spine. Agatha Christie Elephants Can Remember. Published by Dodd, Mead and Company in 1972. One of Christie's last books. I believe this to be a first edition book club even though it is price-clipped. It otherwise looks identical to the first except it is a bit smaller and no colored end papers. Book and jacket are in very good condition Book has no inner markings and is not ex-library. No pages are ripped or missing. Jacket has very small loss to top spine and a small tear on back cover. It is protected now in mylar cover.

Collins 1927 First edition/ 3rd printing only one month after 1rst and same as 2nd. I have never seen a 2nd printing, printed in same month as 3rd (this is stated on the copyright page), leading me to believe there was a mistake on the 2nd printing and probably destroyed?? Very good, unmarked edition with light smudging throughout. spine is separating somewhat and there is a lean. Otherwise tight and clean. Not ex-library. Comes with a color facsimile of correct dj. Can not locate another of this printing.
