Rated: Good ConditionEight volumes of Rudyard Kipling's works with titles as shown in photographs. All books are from the same publisher and in the same general overall appearance and condition. These books were purchased and retained by subsequent generations of the Gray Family. Owners' signatures are on the first free endpaper (see photo). Publication dates range from1898 - 1919.Boards are firm and tight, the books lie plumb and square. Board tips and spine edges are lightly rubbed. Page edges are toned and worn, typical with publications of this vintage. The books do have any underlining, margin entries, or marks of any kind. The illustrations are perfectly preserved. Illustrations well preserved with facing tissues.Free shipping will be by USPS Media Mail and books will be carefully packed to assure arrival in the same condition as when they were shipped.

Dust Jacket: Blemishes -- 4" tear on the back panel, 1" tear on the front panel, both carefully mended and protected in clear Mylar cover (photo). The front flap is clipped and was carelessly creased several times (photo). Photos shows the DJ before and after expert mender restoration.
The DJ is structurally intact, minimal toning, and the colors remain vivid and clear. The image of Warhol on the covers has its own unique history (see below).
Book: Blemishes -- Uniform heavy toning on all pages. Fortunately, does not affect the appearance of the innumerable iconic Warhol photographs and images on virtually every page. This rare First Edition copy is much coveted by legions of Warhol fans and admirers.
