This sign was to be displayed to guarantee adherence to union rules protecting workers; the union could withdraw it if the business fell out of compliance.

Argues that the packinghouse workers' strike should not be blamed for the farmers' financial hardship; rather, the packinghouse owners are to blame for refusing to pay adequate wages and turning down an arbitration offer.
