Overall book condition is poor because it has water damage. It has resulted in staining and a torn picture page. Photo shows some of the water damage. Damage effects hardcover, dust cover and inside pages.The book however is very readable and binding and spine are in good condition. In addition, a previous owner has his signature and a message dated December 13, 1976. The owner worked for the United States government overseas.
