A rare copy of the film script for this remarkable 1987 existential romantic drama, filmed in Poland, based on the story by the Russian writer Inna Varlamova. The film is set in Western Siberia in the mid-1960s, starring Stanislawa Cielinska, Jadwiga Jankowska-Cieslak, and Grzegorz [Gregory] Wons. i-vii + 40 pages, with several stills and other photos. CONDITION: a bright, clean, uncreased copy with minimal shelf-wear, unmarked but for a few marked script cuts (made by the film-maker). This exceedingly scarce copy is now in a clear, protective polypropylene bag with archival backing board.
