Great cookbook with simple directions for recipes that call for ingredients I can find in any grocery store. It is exactly what the title says it is: quick meals for busy people who are mindful of the importance of eating healthy foods for a healthy body. I have recommended this cookbook to two friends who also bought it. Thanks Zonya for creating a cookbook that is healthy and fun. It is a pleasure to 'play' in the kitchen with this cookbook companion.
