Jersey City, NJ: H.C. Perleberg, c.1910. Loose-leaf . Very Good/No Jacket as Issued. Green cloth covers with two cloth strands to tie the book shut. Pages are loose-leaf. 43 plates. Covers have a few stains here and there. Cloth strands are frayed and one is cut short. Ex-library (some plates have a hole-punched library stamp). End-papers and title page browned. Very slight foxing/staining inside, but text is mostly clean. Text body is free from underlining, highlighting, or notes. Full refund if not satisfied.
