London: Studio Vista, 1989. First UK edition. Hardcover. Very good/very good. 4to (276 x 238mm). Pp 188 with illustrations in colour (31) and b&w (more than 100) throughout. Cream cloth boards with a dark green label stamped in gilt on the spine. A clean, unmarked and tightly bound copy in an unclipped dust jacket. The dust jacket is lightly rubbed at the edges with a number of short closed tears.
