Pages darkened commensurate with age. A clean volume. ; Social critique centering primarily around the role of women in British life, although there is a final chapter on ways of advancing sobriety in British society. Feminist-humanist social philosopher. Chapters include "Equal Pay for Equal Work," The Politics of Women, Psycho-Analysis in Relation to Sex, and The Drink Program of the Future. Little Blue Books were a popular series of abridged literature and instructional material published by Emanuel Haldeman in the 1910s, 1920s, and 1930s (with some in the 1940s, but the heyday had passed). The intent was to provide knowledge to the "common man" in a compact format for the purpose of self-education. 5.0" tall; 64 pages; Renumbered.
