Publisher's original red cloth with gilt titles to the spine, in the Gino d'Achille dustwrapper. A fine copy, the binding square and tight, the cloth bright and fresh. Complete with the fine original dustwrapper that remains without fading loss or tears but with light creasing due to the publisher's protective sleeve, since removed. Not price-clipped (30s net to the front flap). Inscribed by the author in blue ink on the title page "P. Holman / with best wishes / Dennis Wheatley".
