NY: Simon & Schuster. Very Good+. 1940. First Edition; First Printing. Hardcover. 4 small black spots at the top of the front cover, same at the right edge, slight rub at the bottom of the spine. Slight separation between the signatures at page 96. Inscribed by Walt Disney on the copyright page. Included with the book are two copies of the program. One is the standard program, the other is the program from the World Premier (the "Special Premier Edition Limited to 2000 Copies") , dated November 13, 1940. The special program is very good +, with a bit of browning at the edges of the covers, and slight edge wear. Also includes what appears to be a lobby card or sepia photo reproduction of a cell from the movie. ; Folio 13" - 23" tall; 158 pages; Signed by Author .
