Firs printing. 216pp.Nero and Archie, with expert nonchalance investigate the strange doings of a lady broadcaster, a racetrack oracle and a mathematical wizard. Bound in gray cloth lettered in red with green rule above title, spine lettering red with green rule, one corner only slightly bumped. A very nice copy in unclipped dust jacket with winkle above "Nero" on the front panel mild rubbing, short crease to bottom edge of rear panel, with clear tape ghost to flaps. A very good copy.

And Be a Villain (British title More Deaths Than One) is a Nero Wolfe detective novel by Rex Stout, first published by the Viking Press in 1948. The story was collected in the omnibus volumes Full House (Viking 1961) and Triple Zeck (Viking 1974).
