Slight gutter cracking. Boards have some edge wear, with pronounced bumping and fraying to corners, while spine ends are crushed and frayed. Rather scratched, rubbed and marked overall. Book has a moderate forward lean. Gilt is bright.

Severe cracking to gutter towards centre of text block, as well as read hinge, with exposed netting. However, binding is firm. Prize plate to front pastedown. Boards have moderate shelf-wear, with noticeable corner bumping and visible scuffing to edges. Spine and edges are moderately tanned, with noticeable crushing and slight splitting to ends. Light rubbing overall. Book has a forward lean.
