[xvi], 912; [ii], 913-1668, [104] pp. Volume I has copperplate portrait frontispiece. Folio (12-1/2" x 8"). Contemporary reversed paneled calf, raised bands and lettering pieces to spines, hinges of volume I mended. Some rubbing and a few minor stains to boards and spine, moderate wear to board edges, corners lightly bumped, a few chips to lettering pieces and heads of spines, careful repair to head of Volume I, some edgewear to endleaves. Light toning to text, slightly heavier in places, faint dampstaining to foot of text blocks in a few places, three tiny worm holes to margins of Volume I to p. 158, light soiling to that volume's title page. $500. * First Edition. Covering the period from 1683-1704, and with an excellent index, this work is a both a reporter and a book of entries. The reports include pleadings and the courts' resolutions of the issues.
