About This Item
Irving Publishing Company, 1888. First Edition. Hardcover. Very good/None. First edition, rebound. Rebound from original green cloth boards and is now bound in half black leather over brown leatherette boards with gilt design and lettering. Typical wear and scuffing around the edges. Cracked front hinge. Pages are tanned but remain clean and unmarked besides previous owner's name on front endpaper. Binding is tight. Page 507 has about a 3 inch tear starting at the fore edge. Corner bumps are present with some of the leather binding wearing away around corners and edges.
