Hardcover itself in excellent condition, clean and tight, no markings, light bumping to corners and spine ends. Jacket has quite heavy edgewear and numerous small edge tears, one longer (3") taped tear. Will be placed in brodart sleeve. Colour & b/w illustrations. ; 4to 11" - 13" tall; 176 pages; Tilman Riemenschneider (c. 1460 - July 7, 1531) was a German sculptor and woodcarver active in Würzburg from 1483. He was one of the most prolific and versatile sculptors of the transition period between late Gothic and Renaissance, a master in stone and lindenwood.
