Bound in 1/4 brown cloth over light brown paper covered boards, paper labels to spine and upper board, upper board with a blue rub mark, previous owner's name in pencil, housed in a decorative paper covered clamshell backed in brown cloth, spine lettering gilt. A very good copy.

McDonald had a long standing relationship with the Grabhorn Brothers of Arion Press. xvii, [3], 572pp, bound in half cloth and tan paper, top edges red, with the binding and hinges tight, illustrated throughout. Covers show corner wear, light peel to the paper on the front cover. Interior shows small bookstore label for Ayres Book Shop in Boise, Idaho. OVERSIZED.
