About This Item

Hodder and Stoughton, 1917.. Pamphlet. Very Good. 1st printing. Very good pamphlet. Wrappers are browned along edges and the paper is also lightly yellowed. Copyright page has lightly faded into front wrapper. An eight page essay in English justifying the British naval blockade of Germany during World War I. An interesting piece of propaganda written during the war itself.
