Presented in publisher's fine black cloth portfolio-style case with two clasps and lettered in blind on upper cover. Published as Jargon 64.. Small, square quarto. 9 x 9 in. 260 pp. Fully illustrated with reproductions of color photographs by Jonathan Williams, Roger Manley, and Guy Mendes. Pictorial endpapers. Patrons' Edition, one of 100 specially bound and numbered copies signed by Tom Patterson, Jonathan Williams, Roger Manley, and Guy Mendes on colophon page. Foreword by John Russell. The colophon page erroneously states that the 'Patrons' Edition' was bound in 'full leather'. Not so.
