Patrons' Edition, one of 100 specially bound and numbered copies signed by Tom Patterson, Jonathan Williams, Roger Manley, and Guy Mendes on colophon page. Foreword by John Russell. The colophon page erroneously states that the 'Patrons' Edition' was bound in 'full leather'. Not so.
