A short book that describes the art of Splatter Ink, and the various techniques that can be used to accomplish different looks and designs. The book contains several examples of the types of stencils that can be used in the art form as well as ideas for what splatter ink can be used for, such as small gifts like hot pads, wall plaques, calendars, greeting cards, lamp shades, decorative plates, posters, and commercial art. Additionally there are examples and instructions for the different splatter ink techniques, such as positive and negative units, figure illustration, silhouettes, cartooning and layout, stick drawing, crayon resist, paint brush stenciling, tempera resist, and lettering. Additionally there are examples of finished works, from art to advertising posters.
